Where the information comes from

Mortgage Lender Data republishes information from public records (FFIEC / CFPB HMDA Data Browser (aggregations and filer lists), HMDA public transmittal sheet (snapshot), GLEIF LEI records). We report what those records show, with the date we retrieved them. Records can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and a business's status can change at any time.

What a badge means — and what it doesn't

A badge means a record in the public source matched the listing on the date shown. It is not a rating, certification, endorsement or guarantee, and the absence of a badge is not an accusation. Inspection findings, citations, ratings and similar data are the issuing agency's findings, presented as published; they are not our opinion.
