Mortgage Lender Data is an independent directory published by Sabr Software. It shows the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act data that banks, credit unions and mortgage companies file each year, as published by the FFIEC and the CFPB, plus each lender's legal name and headquarters address from the Global LEI Foundation. We are not a lender, mortgage broker or loan originator. We do not take applications, quote rates, recommend lenders or refer borrowers, and we receive nothing from any lender based on referrals, applications, loans or closings. Lenders can buy a labelled featured listing for a flat monthly advertising fee that is the same for every lender; it never changes the order of the directory.

We build listings from public records and verify what we can against official sources. We are not affiliated with any agency or with the businesses listed.
